To make changes to the reservation, you must inform with more of 72 labor hours in advance of the day that the activity will be done, either to change the day or change the menu or cancel it. [Example: If the activity is on day 12, 11 and 10 can no longer make changes, maximum 9 within the hours of public attention.]
It is possible to change the date of the reservation. The first two changes are free. The third and subsequent changeswill incur a cost of 5€ per person
For groups of 10 people or more, they must notify more than 5 days in advance.
The cancellation of the reservation with refund of the amount paid, can be made within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of acquisition and will incur a cost of € 5. If you cancel after 30 days you will lose the entire amount. The changes and cancellations of the reservation can not be made by e-mail, call 93 170 17 97. Sternalia agrees to return the amount within a maximum period of 10 calendar days from the moment the person has provided your account number for the return.
