Following essential structural consolidation work, the Municipal Institute of Parks and Gardens is pleased to offer free guided tours of the Palace of the Marquis of Alfarràs, located within the Horta Labyrinth Park.

The Palace of the Marquis of Alfarràs, also known as Palau Desvalls, is a heritage site with a history spanning more than a thousand years. Its origins date back to the 11th century, when the building was merely a watchtower.
 

In 1968, the building and its gardens became municipal property. Since 1993, part of the palace has been used by the Horta Labyrinth Training Centre to run courses and workshops on gardening, agriculture, and biodiversity. Now, for the first time in its history, the palace opens its doors to the general public.

Parks and Gardens invites you to sign up for a guided tour to discover this impressive palace and reconnect with a recovered piece of the city's heritage.
